Our Mission
The VETEM (Veterans Empowered) Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the economic empowerment of military and their families through owner occupied rental income housing. This housing initiative serves two purposes.
- Rental income to supplement their military income.
- Military Homeowners to rent to military renters but at a discounted rate of 20% below the areas market rents.
This ensures housing affordability and stability in the community but most importantly wealth and economic stability.

How We Make a Difference
Home Ownership
We provide homeownership opportunities to qualified military personnel or families where they purchase the home using their VA entitlements. The VETEM Foundation then, as donation, purchase and install two or three ADU homes as rentals to rent to military renters. This ensures housing affordability and stability for the military community.
Financial Counseling
We provide expert financial guidance directly or through joint partners to help educate families budget, reduce debt, and build long-term financial stability.

We offer support and assistance for families facing emergency housing crises
