Ownership Conditions
- A military homebuyer purchases the main house only but own theADUs also.
- The ADUs are donated to the homeowner by the VETEM Foundation
- As a condition of the donation, the new homeowner/s must rent the ADUs to military renters
Rents charged MUST be below 20% of comparables for the specific neighborhoods or Zip Codes market rents, whichever one is lower.
