Ownership Conditions
- A military homebuyer purchases the main home only but ownsthe ADUs as well therefore the entire housing project.
- The ADUs are donated by the VETEM
- As acondition of the donation, the new homeowner/s would rent the ADUs to military renters
- Rentals charged MUST be below 20% of market rent of specific neighborhoods or Zip Codes whichever one is lower.
